ARC's 401(k) plan allows eligible employees to save regularly through pretax payroll deductions. You may invest in your choice of offered investment funds. ARC will match a portion of your contributions.
Medical and Dental Benefits
ARC is committed to a health care system that offers affordable care through qualified doctor, hospital, and pharmacy network providers. In addition, we offer a optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Program for medical and dependent care expenses, as well as a Section 125 Premium Conversion Program that allows employees to pay for their group health care contributions with pre-tax dollars.
Disability and Group Term Life Insurance
ARC provides employees with both short and long-term disability income insurance as well as coverage under our group term life insurance policy. ARC pays 100% of the premiums. ARC also offers employees the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance coverage through our group plan insurance carrier.
Unlimited Paid Time Off
All US-based full-time exempt employees with 90 days of continuous service are considered eligible under this policy. Eligible employees will be free to take leave when they need it. ARC observes 10 holidays during the year.
