Overview
ARC Advisory Group is conducting this short and simple survey to allow you to Benchmark your Operator Training Simulation Program compared with your peers. This survey should help you to take an introspective view of where you are and where you need to go with your Operator Training Simulation Program technology and your digital transformation.
Who Should Take this Survey?
Ideally, participants should be directly involved in Operator Training Simulator (OTS) specification, use, or training. Typical respondents should include OTS trainers, console operators, field operators, operations supervisors, operations managers, process engineers, as well as maintenance personnel or plant managers. We encourage participants to forward the survey link to appropriate individuals within their organizations since the summarized survey results will provide important insight into what works and what doesn't work for operations staffs.
Privacy and Confidentiality
This survey requests information about your own experiences and observations. ARC will keep all individual responses confidential, and only aggregate information will be used in any reports.
